Understanding and negotiating contracts

This get to grips seminar will take you step-by-step through some of the potential dangers in commercial contracts, focussing on delivery within the Work and Health Programme, from negotiation to termination, and provide practical advice on how to tackle the most common, and the most commonly litigated, problems.

Terms and conditions
VAT will be applied at the current rate. Cancellations one month before the course date will be charged at 50%. Cancellations 7 working days or less before course date will be charged at 100%. A substitute attendee is allowed at any time at no extra cost. Seminar subject to minimum and maximum numbers. Minimum numbers to be confirmed 7 days prior to course date. Bookings are managed by eventbrite and payment can be made via credit/debit card, invoice or cheque.
