To introduce and practise Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) principles in the context of SEN/PRU settings, with a focus on:
- Staying calm and authoritative without escalating.
- Understanding SEN-specific adaptations (sensory needs, ODD/PDA, trauma).
- Building consistency and solidarity among adults.
- Using real-life scenarios to apply principles and phrases.
- Exploring the challenges, including parent expectations and criticisms of NVR.
