Join me for a day full of connection and release.

When you have experienced adversity in childhood, you don’t just grow up impacted by trauma, your whole view and perspective becomes a pattern of disconnection.

When we shift the focus from “What happened to you” and instead get curious about “What didn’t happen that you needed” it’s a whole different experience.

Uisng a compassionate approach with evidence based skills and tools this day will invite you to a heartbased exploration into who you really are, starting before you even got here

Through creative peer led group exercises, evidence and researched models, breathwork and sound i invite you into a gentle space to explore the lessons from childhood trauma and how it shapes the relational dynamics of your life.

What to expect

An invitation to transformation ... a pathway to healing and truth, your own truth.

Where you can achieve;

  • Increased Self Awareness, a new lens to view your history and future
  • Releasing and unearthing meanings and healing patterns that no longer serve you
  • An invittation to hold space for yourself with more clarity, empathy and a greater connection to mind, body and self.

Attending this course will;

  • Support you to create healthier relationships, self-care and boundaries with yourself and others.
  • Invite you to continue your healing journey with confidence using the tools provided
  • Enhance your personal growth as a person, parent partner or leader.

At last, we are moving into a culture that finally values mental health and trauma informed approaches, a wave of understanding that’s breaking barriers and reducing stigma.

Unhealed childhood adversities don’t go away, they don’t fade over time, they keep showing up in all areas of life. Until they are addressed and understood and made sense of the emotional and physical symptoms will intensify.

Drawing on over five decades of lived experience, I will create and hold a safe, sacred space to explore how inherited trauma shapes our lives—and how we can transform it. Through guided practices, rich discussion, and deep personal reflection, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your roots, release what no longer serves you, and reclaim your personal power. This is more than a workshop—it’s a healing experience.

SO DON’T MISS THE WAVE AS THE RIPPLES WILL KEEP GOING
