Who's the Trainer

This course will be delivered by Graham Chatterley, Graham has 20 years professional experience working across Primary, Secondary, SEMH and PMLD as Teacher, Trainer, Consultant and Headteacher. Graham also has 16 years of personal experience of being a SEND parent, navigating the SEND system from both sides and working with external professionals

The course will aim to balance the extraordinary challenges parents face, against the expectations placed upon school

• Understanding the parental experience
• Why relationships with authority and professionals is likely strained
• How to build/re-build trust
• What are reasonable adjustments
• Becoming a team around the child
