The Children's Wellbeing Practitioners will present a workshop focused on strategies to help support children with managing their worries and fears.
Who is this workshop for?
Parents of young people aged 5 – 12, live within the Weald catchment area (West Kent, UK), who would like to be able to support their child with managing their fears and worries. A referral to our service is not needed to access a workshop.
What will be covered?
- What is anxiety?
- What keeps anxiety going?
- Strategies for managing worry and fear.
- Signposting to additional resources and support.
