Who should attend
This event is for staff and volunteers supporting people in Devon who may face digital exclusion or need help developing confidence with technology. It will help you understand how to use the framework to better support service users to become more digitally able, and how to identify and structure support around digital skills. It’s ideal for community workers, volunteers, charities, social enterprises and local services.

- Understand and use the Devon Digital Skills Framework to guide your work
- Identify digital skills gaps and opportunities
- Connect with others supporting digital inclusion across Devon
- Identify and respond to common online safety risks such as scams
- Introduce basic AI tools to low-digital clients
- Refer clients to Digital Skills Devon for further help

This is an in person trainign session delivered at the Devon Communities Together Offices in Exeter. Tea and Coffee will be provided however please bring yoru own lunch on the day.
