Who is eligible for concessions?

Accepted Answer

A limited number of concessions are available for unemployed and students and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Question 2

Will I receive a ticket for the event?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an e-Ticket from Eventbrite.

The name in which the booking was made will be added to a list which will be held on the door of each event.

Question 3

Can I just pay on the day?

Accepted Answer

No, tickets must be purchased in advance up until 6pm on the day before the event.

Question 4

What if I am unable to attend a workshop once I have booked a place?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds unless the workshop is cancelled by us.  However, please let Diana Rowe know if you are unable to attend 
(email: di@dianarowe.co.uk) as we may be able to re-sell your ticket if the event is full and provide you with a refund, minus the fee charged by Eventbrite.

Question 5

Is there parking near to Community Base?

Accepted Answer

We would suggest that you travel to our workshops on public transport where possible.  There is an NCP Carpark on Church Road, a few minutes’ walk from Community Base.  However parking can be expensive for a whole day.

Entry procedure

Accepted Answer

Go to the South Wing entrance, switch on intercom, dial 555 and ask to be let in

Question 7

Do I get a CPD certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes - you will receive a CPD certificate for 6.5 hours at the end of the workshop.
