About this event

From August 1st 2025 there will be significant changes to the compliance rules and operational implementation requirements for off the job training (OTJT). The publishing of new minimum hours per Apprenticeship standard and flexibilities of duration affect compliance in a significant way and could be a risk to funding if you do not manage change effectively.

Do you, and your organisation, know whether your models for planning and delivery are compliant to the new rules and are adopting best practice models for change?

In this webinar, we’ll help you to understand:

· The new published minimums for OTJT

· The transition timeframe

· Rules on planning and distributing off the job hours

· How to apply recognition of prior learning to content and price

· Monitoring ‘Active learning’ in 25-26

· How to use the new rules to open up new opportunities for business
