An online workshop exploring AuDHD, what it is and how it impacts, how to identify it, and how to support people with AuDHD profiles.

This CPD Accedited 2-hour online webinar is aimed at professionals working clinically or therapeutically with autsitic people, although it would still be of interes to individuals and families who want to understand more about Autism + ADHD combined.

The workshop includes a presentation exploring what AuDHD is, prevalence rates, presentation and how it differs from autism or ADHD alone, the impact on executive functions, sensory processing, clinical tools to help identify the presentation, impact on overwhelm, burnout and mental health, and support or interventions possible. This is followed by a 30 minute Q&A / discussion session.

Learning Objectives - by the end of the session attendees should be able to: describe key differences between autism, ADHD, and AuDHD; describe best practice clinical pathway for assessment when ADHD features are observed in an autistic person; identify at least 2 measures & tools to analyse the impact on executive functions; articulate at least 3 commonly-used strategies to help support participation & wellbeing for individuals with AuDHD.
