About this Event

At least 1 in 100 people are on the autism spectrum, with many possessing excellent technical abilities, creative problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail, therefore employers have much to gain from understanding and embracing neurodiversity.

Join us for a breakfast briefing to develop your awareness and understanding of autism and the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace, particularly in the creative and cultural industries. We'll explore the existing barriers and share practical advice, actionable reasonable adjustments and support you can offer to help neurodivergent members of your team thrive.

Speakers

Dave Serpell-Stevens, Senior Autism Practice and Training Specialist, Autism Hampshire

Jon Adams, Freelance Artist, New Theatre Royal Portsmouth Associate Artist (Flow Observatorium), NAS cultural ambassador and neurodiversity campaigner.
