Rapport has been described as the dance of mutual respect. It is the way we relate to others (and them us) and how we build trust and understanding, which is essential to the success of personal and professional relationships. Many times, when we have trust and commonality building rapport comes easily and naturally, at other times it is more of a struggle and no matter what we do, you cant quite 'connect' with someone, however hard you try.
In this 3 hour workshop you will learn the secrets to responding to a person’s words, tone and body language so you can ‘lead them’ into your world and way of thinking. You will leave with a better understanding of how rapport is built and also broken and the most common mistakes to avoid. This session has been designed for anyone who would like to have a better understanding building their rapport skills in order to positively influence their relationships with others.
After this session you will have an understanding the basics of body language and what builds good rapport and you will:
- Gain an understanding of the basics of body language
Know when you are losing rapport and how to get it back
- Improve personal and professional relationships
Increase your ability to lead others to your way of thinking
