Understanding brain injury

This session has been designed for care professionals, rehabilitation support workers, local authorities and those working with brain injury survivors.

During this session, we will aim to give delegates a better understanding of brain injury and its effects on survivors and their carers/families.

We will then explore the cognitive, emotional and behavioural difficulties individuals face following a brain injury and some strategies that can be implemented.
