Event Details

This course is open to anybody who wishes to attend regardless of the type of organisation you work for or your geographical location.

A full day course for staff working with young people aged 14-25 who present behaviour that is challenging. The course aims to improve practitioner’s confidence and understanding of young people and their own working practice with challenging behaviour. The course would ideally suit staff and managers alike in looking at developing a new culture and understanding of best practice. The course aims to support staff to look at their own beliefs, triggers and understanding of the subject area, whilst providing real hands on techniques that can be utilised within both group and one to one work.

Please note that lunch is not provided. Refreshments are available throughout the day.

This course is also available as a bespoke course delivered in organisations where a supervision policy is being developed or where there are a number of staff and supervisees who would benefit from whole team training delivered in the work place.
