Frequently asked questions

Who is this workshop for?

It’s for any parent or carer who’s finding their child’s behaviour challenging or confusing — or who just wants to better understand it.

Do I have to speak or share?

No pressure at all! You’re welcome to just listen. Sharing is encouraged but completely optional.

What kind of behaviour will you cover?

We’ll explore a range of behaviours — emotional outbursts, defiance, clinginess, etc. — and help you understand what might be driving them.

Will this help with neurodiverse children (e.g., ADHD, autism)?

While this isn't a specialist session, the strategies we share are gentle, flexible, and often helpful for a wide range of needs.

Is this therapy or professional advice?

No, this is a supportive workshop led by trained facilitators, not therapists. It's a space to learn, reflect, and connect with others.
