Who is this training for?

This training is specifically designed to enable care practitioners, whether community nurses, social workers, care staff and support staff to understand the role and importance of advocacy in particularly health and social care.

It will also help participants to understand the difference between the advocacy element they have in their role compared to the responsibilities and principles of an independent advocate.

It will provide the distinction between the eligibility criteria of statutory advocacy and the access and purpose of other models of advocacy.

This training can be registered for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. For further information please contact: Simon Torkington on 07808777218 or email simon@maryseacolehouse.com
