Understanding equality, diversity and unconscious bias (IN PERSON)

By Camden Engaged Residents Training Programme

Overview

Uncover how bias & diversity shape communities—learn to challenge stereotypes, value differences & build stronger connections

A chance to explore why providing equal opportunities to everyone and protecting people from discrimination is essential for stronger communities.

The session aims to examine the effects of labelling, stereotyping and prejudice on society, and we discuss how valuing diversity, recognising our own bias and understanding differences leads to better decision-making, problem-solving and connection.
