This is a holistic wellness education series that blends Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science. It is not a medical course or meant for diagnosis, but it provides empowering tools for your gut health.

Live attendance is ideal to get the most benefit and ask questions. We may offer replays for a limited time depending on demand, and participants will be notified accordingly.

Each weekly ticket includes:
•	A 30-minute expert-led talk on gut health every Wednesday
•	A 15-minute live Q&A for your questions
•	Optional access to our Bonus Yoga & Meditation sessions  (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
•	Handouts or self-care tips shared during the series

Are the Bonus  Sessions included?

Yes! Our Bonus Wellness Sessions are included at no extra cost for participants who register for the full 16-week series. If you are booking individual sessions, you are welcome to join these sessions by purchasing a standard talk ticket for that week.

Can I ask questions during the sessions?

Yes! Every session includes a Q&A segment. You can also send in questions ahead of time if you prefer to stay anonymous. Please email your questions to info@londonayurmedix.com.

Can I get a copy of the presentation slides?
