This course is an introduction to HIV, and will cover topics including:

• Understanding the difference between HIV & AIDS
• How HIV is transmitted and how to reduce risk
• Which populations are at increased risk
• How many people are living with HIV in the UK and worldwide
• Advances in treatment and testing options
• What it's like to be living with HIV in 2017
• Stigma and discrimination
• Where to go for help, advice and testing.

This multi-agency training is suitable for anyone with an interest in sexual health, and requires no previous knowledge on the subject.
