Understanding Inclusive Recruitment

The Warwickshire Skills Hub invite all Warwickshire businesses to attend the "Understanding Inclusive Recruitment" event, which will unveil the benefits of being an Inclusive employer and the positive impact this could have to your recruitment and addressing skills gaps you may be experiencing.

The event will host a number of wonderful speakers, participants will also hear from other business who have already started the Inclusive recruitment journey and will share how this change in their approach to recruitment has positively impacted their business and workforce.

The Warwickshire Skills Hub team will wrap up the session with the introduction of the Fair Chance Employer Programme and share how the programme supports employers to job carve, advertise inclusive jobs and access funding to support people into work.
