To cement our knowledge of Lean and Agile, we'll carry out a practical group exercise that will force us to apply the Lean and agile principles to a simple hands-on task. We'll try different approaches to solving the problem and consider how the Lean and Agile principles and practices affect the work.
Both to reinforce our knowledge and to apply the principles we have learnt, we will carry out a group retrospective of the day, with a discussion of how we can apply the lessons to our daily work.
