OBJECTIVES

Understanding Me - Introduction to counselling. How does our personal history affect us. What is counselling? What are the various types of counselling about? How can counselling help me achieve control rather than being subject to influences from the past? This is a personal development workshop based on mindful therapeutic principles. Discover effective ways to build confidence and emotional resilience. NB No one will be exposed in this workshop.

SPEAKER

Greta Pattison. Greta has been working as a psychotherapist, trainer and yoga teacher for over 20 years. She has held senior therapist status for the past 10 years and has over 10 years of experience working as a manager and leader. Her early career was as a contemporary dance performer and teacher.

Her workshops are founded on an integrated fusion of effective tools to improve mental health and wellbeing, drawing on techniques and philosophies from psychotherapy, yoga and mindfulness.

Greta is known for her genuine sincerity, warmth and her dedication to supporting people to enrich the quality of their lives.
