Understanding Menopause: A Holistic Approach to Menopause Care
Menopause is a natural phase in every woman’s life marking the end of her reproductive years. However, the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes it brings can be challenging to manage at times — often affecting both personal and professional lives.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), by 2030, around 50 million women will reach menopause each year. Evidence shows that approximately 80% of women experience menopause-related symptoms, with about 25% reporting severe symptoms.
The good news?
There are several evidence-based, holistic lifestyle strategies, Hormonal and Non-Hormonal treatment options available to support symptom management and promote long-term health and wellbeing.

“I met Nitu at a Women’s Health Event, and since then have been impressed and inspired by the way she communicates information about health and nutrition. I have recently attended menopause training sessions facilitated by her in which she managed to distil very complex information into sizeable, accessible bits. She uses an empathetic, ever-learning approach while consulting, and is simply wonderful at communicating with diverse people. What I loved the most was the way she simplifies nutrition by making sure her strategies are implementable in daily routines. Nitu’s approachable nature enables people to ask questions, leaving no stones unturned! Her advice is truly holistic-not only addressing nutrition and wellness but also the mindset, thinking and habits that make it actionable”. (Sharvari Joshi)
“I loved it! I didn’t realise so many things are attached to Menopause. The most useful message for me is that we need to embrace the change and learn to adapt to our bodies needs that are ever changing- Great tips! (Caroline R)
