Join Nitu Pasricha - founder of Holistic Health Nutrition, Public Health Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), and Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultant - this World Menopause Month for an insightful exploration into understanding menopause. The session will break down the definitions of menopause—pre-menopause, perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause—helping you understand what will be happening in your body and why. It will explore common changes, how often they occur, and why they matter. Key risks such as diabetes, heart disease, and bone health will also be discussed. A holistic approach to menopause care will be introduced, covering evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term wellness. The session will also look at complementary therapies, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and alternative options, giving you the tools to navigate this transition with clarity and confidence. Nitu will also be providing a holistic menopause clinic at the bridge for 1-1 support. More details of this to be shared shortly.

How to Contribute

At The Bridge, we’re all about working together and building meaningful partnerships with the women in our community. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and that means everyone has a role in shaping our work—because The Bridge belongs to all of us. We celebrate each person’s unique strengths and contributions, creating opportunities for everyone to get involved in a way that feels right for them.

Whether you give your time, skills, or financial support, every contribution means we’re working together to make The Bridge the space we want it to be.

One way to support our work is through our pay-what-you-can model, which ensures that our activities and events are accessible to all while allowing space for contributions to go towards helping us sustain what we do. Whatever you choose to give, it all makes a difference.
