Steve Baker retired from Northumbria Police in 2021 having completed 30 years service. He has undertaken numerous roles including the force Counter Terrorism lead for Preventing vulnerable individuals from becoming radicalised as well as the mental health lead for 5 years. Latterly he spent 2 years as the national Mental Health Co-ordinator at the College of Policing and National Police Chief's Council.He currently oversees the national roll out of the 'Respond' multi agency crisis awareness training and is an accomplished mental health trainer with experience delivering across partnerships and accredited courses as well as organising and hosting national conferences.

- Who to contact when someone becomes unwell?
