Event Details

 What is this event about?

There are so many changes happening in the public sector and at such a pace how do you keep up with all? Do you feel like you are running in the mud and being left behind then this event will be of interest to you do you want to lead your change with vision, enthusiasm and influence the direction.

Changing an organisation’s culture is one of the most difficult leadership challenges we may ever face.

That’s because an organisation’s culture contains a complex map of intertwining sets of aims, roles, processes, values, communications, practices, attitudes and assumptions but to meet our ever-increasing budget pressures and changing landscapes we need to as leaders embrace new ways of working and unlock the potential of not only our own but our partner organisations people

We often find certain procedures or approaches happen, because “that’s just how we’ve always done it.” It gives comfort and it’s easy.

Simply having great talent on your team is not going to get them to produce great results unless they have effective leadership.
