• The procurement cycle and where should you be involved;
• Opportunities you can bid on including thresholds and your turnover;
• Procedures you should participate in and what to avoid;
• Two stage or One Stage processes;
• PQQ or no PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire);
• Mandatory exclusions;
• How to respond to an opportunity;
• Challenges buyers could face.
