These sessions will centre around ways of understanding and supporting your young person who self-harm and yourself. There will also be an opportunity for discussion and to ask questions.
The techniques covered within this session will support with why your child may self-harm, different types of self-harm, what parents/carers can do and signposting to helpful organisations, websites and resources.
Facilitated by Youth Trust Senior Practitioners.
Open to any parent/carer living on the Isle of Wight, UK.
Sessions are an hour long and will take place at the Youth Trust office, 114 Pyle Street, Newport, PO30 1XA.
