Workshop Overview:

Around 1 in 3 people have experienced sexual harassment at work in the past 12 months, and the law now says that employers need to be taking reasonable steps to prevent it. This workshop will give you clarity about what sexual harassment is and how we can all play a part in preventing it.

We have created an impactful 2 hour workshop designed to help you understand sexual harassment, the laws around it and workplace responsibilites, the impact it has, how to recognise it, respond to it with trauma-informed practice and support those impacted. Through expert insights, meaningful discussions, real-life case examples and interactive activities, you'll learn how to identify, respond and support.

Nobody should feel unsafe at work, workplaces should be safe spaces for everybody.
