Description

A teaspoon of soil contains up to one billion bacteria, fungy and other weird and wonderful life. Understanding how they interract with plants and promote growth is the key to having a healthy garden. This session will go through what is actually soil life, how it works, how to make the best compost and how to use a wormery to create natural fertiliser for your garden..

Trainer - Elena Trivelli

Elena joined the Capital Growth Team in September 2019 as the Regent’s Park Allotment Coordinator. Elena has been volunteering and working in the food growing, mental health and homelessness sector for the past 5 years.
