Practice Management background supporting General Practice since 2004 in a number of roles as Practice Manager, Business Development Manager, Registered Manager with CQC and finally becoming self-employed Practice Management Consultant in 2012.

Since becoming a freelance professional, I have worked with over 50 practices in advisory and supportive roles accross the West Midlands. I have extensive experience in Practice Management issues and have supported, mentored and trained Practice staff to achieve professional and organisational goals. Having gained considerable experience in Practice Management issues, I am now transferring this knowledge to other Practice Managers via Training Programmes that addess the issues affecting General Practice. In addition, I support the Care Quality Commission as Specialist Advisor (SpA) and the Royal College of GP’s (RCGP) as a General Practice Trainer.
