Join me online live for a safe supportive session designed to gently explore what trauma is and ways we can begin to understand it.

This session is for anyone curious about understanding trauma-whether for yourself, a loved one or to build your own awareness.

Trauma is not just about the event, but also about how our mind, body and nervous systems respond to overwhelming situations.

Everyone's experience is unique-what feels traumatic to one person may not feel the same to another.

It is NOT a sign of weakness, it is the body and mind trying to protect you.

Healing IS POSSIBLE.

During this 45minute event I will talk you through how the mind works differently in relation to a traumatic memory events and the possibilities to help create change.
