Understanding Ways of Living: Understanding the World
Supporting Effective RE in the Classroom
Learn Teach Lead RE: Area 5 Conference

Date: Saturday 7 October 2017
Location: De Grey Court, York St John University
Time: 9.00am - 4.00pm

This conference is for all teachers and leaders of RE in primary and secondary schools in the region. We will be working together to help improve RE by helping improve our understanding of different religious and non-religious ways of living. There will be guest speakers, workshops, stalls, and collaborative work with the Professional Leaders in RE – teachers from around the region who are leading RE professional development ‘hubs’.

This is a free conference, including refreshments and lunch, thanks to funding provided by the St Gabriel’s Trust. However, if you cancel after the final day to register (29th September), then we will charge £20 (the cost of catering).

If you have any queries about this conference please contact Professor Julian Stern.
