Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace
Session 1 – 930 – 1030 BST
OR
Session 2 – 1300 - 1400 BST
In these virtual sessions we will raise awareness and understanding of mental health in the workplace.
The beginning of a New Year is an ideal time for everyone to review and refresh personal and professional goals, practices and routines; we often focus on physical health, but mental health is equally important. In this taster we will outline our approach to understanding mental health within the workplace. We focus on the human and workplace responsibility to notice changes in ourselves and colleagues and introduce the confidence to act within safe, appropriate boundaries, without stigma or fear.
In this session you will have the opportunity to experience the customised approach of Mental Health at Work and the broader benefits of introducing a mental health programme within your organisation.
The one hour session which is repeated for convenience, is aimed at senior leaders and managers in HR, D&I and Talent Management who are considering beginning or extending their workplace mental health programme to bring behavioural change.
There is a small charge for this event; as a not for profit, social enterprise, our mission is to change working lives, reaching as many people as possible in the workplace to change attitudes and behaviours around mental health. This fee enables us to continue to deliver this mission, whilst bringing frontline developments and considerations around workplace mental health to a broad audience.
