UNDERSTANDING YOUR CAMERA with Jemma Watts
Sat 21 January 2017, 10:00 – 14:00 GMT
This workshop is for those of you who want to know how to take your camera off the Auto setting! Perhaps you got a camera for Christmas and you need help with it!
You may have a new camera, or you’ve had one for ages but have been too daunted by the instruction manual to teach yourself all the functions.
In this workshop we will cover the basics of your camera functions followed by practical training on a variety of subjects. You will be able to use this new knowledge of your camera to take better photos of your family, of your holiday, and of course, your food! No prior knowledge is necessary, you just need to have a camera where is it possible to put it on fully manual settings, so I’m afraid no point-and-shoots!’.
You will learn about:
- ISO and Exposure
- Depth of Field
- A few tricks of the trade!
Minimum 4 people. Maxium 8 people.
