In this workshop we will provide some tools and guidance to help you take a step back and see where you should focus your energy when it comes to your customer in order to win and retain more of them.

  • Identify the different problems to be solved for each
  • Develop a customer persona for each 
  • Prioritise which customer groups to focus on based on a number of key factors 
  • Provide tips on how to optimise your messaging and leverage different marketing channels for each customer group
  • Show you how to conduct your own customer research
