Event Details

Join HealthTech Women UK this October for the first in our series of events offering practical information and advice on investment routes and funding available for healthtech start-ups.

Chaired by Emma Cheshire, Founder and CEO of Dotforge, we will be joined by experienced investors, lawyers and entrepreneurs who will be on hand to answer your questions, share their experiences and offer tips on successfully securing investment. Topics covered will include alternative investment opportunities, personal investment journeys from leading female entrepreneurs and understanding different investors’ motivations.

Taking place in Leeds and London throughout October, these soirées are an opportunity to network in an informal setting with other healthtech entrepreneurs, enthusiasts and professionals.

Panellists include:

  • Caroline Walker - Associate, Nabarro
  • Nicola Broughton - Investment Director, Mercia Technologies Plc
  • Elizabeth Shassere - Founder & CEO, Textocracy

When: Tuesday 4th October, 5.30-8.30pm
Where: Future Labs, 1 Eastgate, Leeds, LS2 7LY

This event is open to all and free to attend – the £5 ticket charge is refunded on attendance.
