About this event

Understanding Your Pelvic Floor is the first in a series of talks being held at The Warren Centre, in Micheldever Station. Join us for a relaxed and informative session, with cups of tea included, where you'll learn how to take care of your bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor at every stage of life.

Camilla Lawrence, a local Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist, will be covering the questions below plus more as she shares her specialist knowledge to help us understand our bodies better and prepare for the future. You will have the chance to ask your own questions in the Q&A session at the end.

  • What and where exactly is my pelvic floor?
  • What is normal / abnormal bladder or bowel function?
  • Is my pelvic floor weak or overactive?
  • How and when to do pelvic floor exercises?

This talk is part of a series being brought to you by Chloe Nicholson of Keep Moving Pilates.

In purchasing a ticket for this talk you will receive a discount for our next talk!

Save the date for the next in the series on Monday 20th May 2024 about the peri-menopause to post-menopause journey!
