This workshop is only available to families who live in Warwickshire or who attend a Warwickshire school
The teenage years can be challenging both for parents and teenagers themselves! But teenagers behaviour does not have to be a mystery. This 2 hour in person interactive workshop looks at some of the challenges for both parents and teenagers during the adolescent years and possible strategies to help create positive family relationships and healthy lifestyles and increase parent confidence.
Some of the areas the workshop covers:
Teenage development and behaviours
Effective communication
Challenges of todays living
Enhancing parent/carers relationships with their teenagers
Looking after ourselves as parents/carers
This workshop will take place on Tuesday, 23rd September at 09:30- 11:30. This is an opportunity to meet with other parents and with our parent programme trainers face to face at Rugby Free Primary School to discuss children's behaviour and strategies to support.
We regret we are unable to accommodate children in the centre during the workshop. If you are unable to get childcare our virtual workshop may suit you.
If you have any questions about this workshops or would like to know about other support we offer please email: ehparenttrainers@warwickshire.gov.uk
