Introducing Clos de Moulin Aux Moines; a fully biodynamic producer, led by an inspired wine-making team, crafting terroir-driven, vibrant wines of great finesse. A must for any true Burgundy-lover.

An undiscovered Burgundy producer based in Auxey-Duresses in the Cote de Beaune. The buildings are of historical importance having been owned consecutively by the Abbayes de Cluny and Citeaux as a working farm for monks and dates back over 1,000 years.

Recently converted to a fully biodynamic estate, the wine making team is led by Willy Roulendes, who joined from Domaine de Montille in 2009, and who crafts terroir-driven, vibrant wines of great finesse.

We are delighted to welcome Willy and his UK importer (Raeburn Fine Wines) who will introduce us to the range, his viticultural and wine-making philosophy.

The wines are accompanied by a menu created by Lutyens’ Head Chef Daniel Mertl, a young star (ex Savoy, Gavroche, La Trompette and Chez Bruce).
