This workshop will:
- Look at the different ways we make choices, and how it influences our behaviour.
- Help to identify flaws in thinking and how to turn these around in order to reduce worry, anxiety, and mood problems.
- How we can 'update the software' of thinking to allow clearer processes and better goal setting.
