Will I receive a ticket for the event?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive a booking confirmation email once you’ve booked your spot for the event. You won’t receive a physical ticket and we encourage you to avoid printing the confirmation email to save paper.

Do I need to show my ticket/confirmation email on the door?

Accepted Answer

You’ll have a name tag waiting for you at the front desk. In case there was an issue with printing your name tag, you can bring the digital confirmation email with you and avoid printing it out wherever possible.

Question 3

How accessible is the venue?

Accepted Answer

Eastside rooms is a fully accessible venue, with a state of the art changing places toilet on the ground floor that includes an adult changing bench and hoist system, as well as disabled toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Question 4

Will the event be on demand if I can't make it to the event in person?

Accepted Answer

After the event, you will receive the slides from the day but we will be unable to record any of the sessions so we really encourage you to attend so you don’t miss out on the content of the day.

Question 5

Do I need to cancel my ticket if I can no longer make it?

Accepted Answer

If you can no longer make it, please visit the Eventbrite page and cancel your ticket so that others can book your spot as there is a limited amount of tickets available. If you need help with this, please email events@unifrog.org

Question 6

Will I be charged if I can't attend last minute?

Accepted Answer

If you have not let us know you won’t be able to attend and you have not cancelled your spot, your school will be invoiced for the cost of your place at the event.

Question 7

How many people from the same school can attend?

Accepted Answer

Due to the limited spaces available at this event, we can only have two staff members from the same school to attend this event.
