Due to the current lockdown restrictions in place we have taken the decision to hold our Annual General Meeting virtually for the first time this year. This is an important event for the branch and all members are strongly encouraged to attend so they can participate in the democratic, decision-making process which will set branch policy for the coming year.

To improve participation at this meeting we are running an aggregate AGM which will provide two opportunities for members to attend as follows:

• Evening Session - 5:00pm on Tuesday 2 March 2021
• Lunchtime Session - 12:45pm on Wednesday 3 March 2021

The virtual AGM will be held online via Microsoft Teams and in order to receive a link for this meeting you must first register for your ticket through Eventbrite. As part of the registration process you will be asked to provide your name, contact email address and membership number if known. The email address is required so we can send you a meeting link closer to the event date. Further details about the joining process will be included in your order confirmation email.
