The United Nations Association UK (UNA-UK) and the Embassy of Slovenia are delighted to partner together to host a special event commemorating United Nations Day 2025. This year’s event holds particular significance as we mark the 80th anniversary of the founding of the UN—a timely opportunity to reflect on its achievements, assess its relevance today, and explore what the next 80 years should hold.
The evening will also include the presentation of the Sir Brian Urquhart Award, UNA-UK’s signature honour recognising distinguished service to the United Nations.
Please note that the event is a standing reception; there is limited seating available for those with limited mobility.
