Event Details

Every year, 150 million people face catastrophic financial hardship and 100 million are driven below the poverty line as a consequence of high health care costs. With an increasing global focus on inequity, now is the time to ensure that everyone has access to quality and affordable health services.

As the world scrambles to stop the spread of Ebola, join leaders from government, development, academia and public health on Universal Health Coverage Day for a discussion on how to create resilient health systems and break down the barriers to health for all.
