Want to find out more about what employers from specific sectors look for in the people they employ; take part in valuable networking opportunities; meet local employers and business people and ask them how they can help your career journey? 26th October - Where the wind blow and the water flows - taking power from nature

Billy Jack from SSE will talk about the unique challenges of building hydro and wind farms in the Highlands and Islands.


3rd November - Thrills from aCROSS the Atlantic - what it takes to break the US paperback market

Mason Cross, best selling thriller author, talks about how to be a successful author in today’s world.


9th November - Tourism in a biosphere - can too many visitors ruin the environment.

Douglas Gibson will talk about the potential conflict created by the NC500 and the Wester Ross Biosphere.

7th December - When human healthcare can harm humans - what's lurking in the water supply?

Professor Stuart Gibb of the University of the Highlands and Islands will outline how human healthcare can harm humans - what drugs are in our water supply that we don’t know about.
