The #ChiTRG Teachers' Reading Group is facilitated by the University of Chichester Library Service and the Primary Education team.

The University of Chichester OU/UKLA Teachers’ Reading Group is part of a national network of groups and is based on OU/UKLA research.  It provides free CPD to enable staff in schools to share good practice, enrich their understanding of reading for pleasure, and 'develop learners' confidence and enjoyment in reading' (Ofsted framework, 2019)

Session 3 will focus on reading for pleasure pedagogy.

This group is for anyone working in schools with an interest in reading for pleasure.  Schools can send more than one representative. Our focus for 2020/21 will be picture books for Key Stage 1, 2 and 3.
