University of Glasgow Freshers' Week 2018

Welcome to the University of Glasgow Freshers' Week 2018 #UofGfw18 registration page. Here you’ll find the form you need to complete in order to register and pay for your band to be a part of Freshers’ Week 2018.

You'll need to click Register above and if you are registering more than one attendee, change the quantity of bands to the number required. You will be asked to provide billing and payment information. You will also be asked for the name, email address and College of each attendee you are registering. Click Pay Now once you are ready.

Once your purchase has been confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with details on how to pick up your band. For more information about registering, see our Register page.

What's happening in Freshers' Week?

A guide to the week with full listings, times and maps will be included with your #UofGfw18 Freshers' Band in September. The full events calendar for Freshers' Week will be updated on the UofGfw18 website but stay up to date by following the UofGfw18 Facebook page.

Notes

Proof of age will be required to purchase alcohol.

Requests for refunds will be at the sole discretion of the organisers.

By registering and purchasing a band you confirm that you have been accepted to study at the University of Glasgow starting in the academic year 2018/2019. Anyone unable to prove student status when asked to do so at any point in Freshers’ Week will have their band confiscated and will be ineligible for a refund.
