This seminar, the 4th in the University of Greenwich LGBT+ Staff Network Seminar Series 2016-17, is designed in workshop format and focuses on personal reflection and development.
The activity will be inter-active, exploring the concept of "comfort zones" and introducing some techniques for breaking out of them in both our personal and professional lives.

The workshop will be led by Christopher Hallas, Director of Student & Academic Services and Senior LGBT+ Champion at the University of Greenwich. Christopher has presented a version of this workshop on several occasions at AUA (Association of University Adminstrators) events and in different HEIs, with groups ranging from 10-20 to an audience of 100+.
