UNIVERSITY OF HUDDERSFIELD – The Law School, 4th Annual Social Justice Lecture.

This year’s event will be on the subject of human trafficking and modern slavery. Mark Burns-Williamson OBE, West Yorkshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner, will deliver the keynote speech in which he will outline the establishment of the national and local trafficking network and the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to modern slavery. He will be joined by a panel of experts representing enforcement agencies and the work of charities and lawyers working together to fight human trafficking and modern day slavery .
