Description

The University of London Landlord Forum 2020 will take place on Monday 2nd March 2020, from 5pm - 8pm.

The event takes place in the University of London's historic Senate House.

The event is free to attend and is aimed at landlords, letting agents and staff from private halls of residence.

The University of London has partnered with an exciting new developer who has helped us create the technology-driven answer to the student accommodation market. You will be able to see and find out more about the brand new property platform due to be launched the following day.

There will be other expert speakers who will be delivering presentations, as well as exhibitors from businesses and organisations of interest to landlords and property professionals.

Refreshments will be available. There will be filming and photography at this event.

This year's speakers:

Leon Ifayemi - University of London Housing Services Property Platform (Preview and introduction of brand new ULHS property platform).

Roland Shanks - University of London (Update on the London Student Market 2020).

Richard Blanco - National Landlord Association (Update on the latest regulation and issues affecting the private rented sector including the Tenant Fees Act, Minimum Energy Efficiency, the abolition of no fault eviction, forthcoming electrical safety regulation plus some crystal ball gazing into issues that may affect the property sector in the year ahead).

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Please see the map below for details on Senate House's location. The nearest stations are Goodge Street (Northern Line), Russell Square (Piccadilly) and Euston (National Rail). There are also a number of bus routes. There is no car parking at Senate House. NCP car parks are located at Woburn Place and Bloomsbury Place.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can bring your printed ticket (or your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet) to gain entry to the event. We will also have a guest list of those who have pre-booked, so don't worry if you cannot find your ticket on the day!
